1. Introduction

AG Grant Inc., also known as and doing business as “AG Accounting” (“AG Grant,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit our website at anelya.net (the “Website”) or contact us about our bookkeeping, accounting, and CFO advisory services (the “Services”).

This Policy covers information collected through the Website. Information we handle in the course of delivering Services to a client is governed primarily by our engagement letter and the confidentiality terms agreed with that client; see Section 8.

By using the Website or submitting information to us, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide through our contact form. When you submit an inquiry, we collect the information you choose to give us — typically your name, email address, company name, phone number (if provided), and the contents of your message.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting and infrastructure may automatically log limited technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, and the date and time of your visit. This is used for security, troubleshooting, and maintaining the Website. We do not use the Website to build advertising profiles.

Information we do not intentionally collect. Please do not submit sensitive financial account numbers, government identifiers, passwords, or other highly sensitive information through the Website contact form. Sensitive client information should be shared only through the secure channels we establish during a formal engagement.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • respond to your inquiries and communicate with you;
  • evaluate and discuss a potential engagement;
  • provide, maintain, and improve the Website;
  • protect the security and integrity of the Website; and
  • comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

4. Cookies and Analytics

Our Website uses cookies necessary for basic functionality and security, and Google Analytics to understand aggregate, non-identifying site usage (such as page views and traffic sources). Google Analytics sets cookies and may process limited technical data (e.g. IP address, device/browser) on our behalf; we do not use this to build advertising profiles, and we do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and opt out of Google Analytics using Google's opt-out browser add-on; disabling certain cookies may affect Website functionality.

5. How We Share Information

We share personal information only as needed and only with:

  • Service providers who support our operations (for example, website hosting, email, and IT/security providers), under obligations to protect the information;
  • Enterprise-licensed software and AI tools we use to operate our business and deliver Services, under commercial agreements that include data-protection commitments and that do not permit our data to be used to train the providers’ AI models;
  • Professional advisors such as our attorneys or accountants, when reasonably necessary; and
  • Authorities or other parties when required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, manage our relationship, and comply with legal, tax, and professional recordkeeping obligations. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it. Records related to client engagements are retained in accordance with applicable professional standards and law.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use secure channels for sensitive information.

8. Client Information

When you engage AG Grant for Services, we receive financial and business information necessary to perform the work. We treat this information as confidential and handle it in accordance with your engagement letter, our confidentiality obligations, and applicable professional standards. Our use of enterprise-licensed AI and software tools in delivering Services is described in our Terms & Conditions and is subject to the same confidentiality protections.

9. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you reside, you may have rights regarding your personal information, such as the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any right, contact us using the details in Section 12. We will verify your request and respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

California residents. If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended) may give you the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion or correction, and to opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

10. Children’s Privacy

The Website is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
